EVA Now Offers Bookkeeping Services

At Emerald Virtual Assistance, we strive to provide our clients with quality work as well as a variety of things we can do for them. It is our passion to be ever-innovative, groundbreaking, and creative when it comes to what we bring to the table. With our ears to the ground and our eyes open to trends, we are sensitive to the varying needs of our clients—as well as the needs of our future clients—and train our VA’s accordingly.

EVA is pleased to announce we’ve added bookkeeping services to our repertoire of client offerings.

National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers

Our very own Gracesyn Powell, the personal assistant to EVA’s founder Emerald Storm, is a member of the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers and a certified bookkeeper through NACPB as well, earned on February 15th, 2023.

She is proud (and so are we) to display the newly-earned letters after her name: Gracesyn Powell, CB.

While Gracesyn is trained on how to do general bookkeeping manually, she is also trained in QuickBooks.

Your Business on the Books

In the world of business, whether you’re a business owner, an executive, or an entrepreneur, you know keeping your company’s books in order is not only necessary, it’s time consuming. Even if you’ve always done your books yourself, you might not know all the ins and outs of a certified bookkeeper. These professionals are dedicated to go over your books with a fine-tooth comb and trained to find and/or solve any issues or financial problems you might have. Certified bookkeepers are equipped with the skills and tools needed to analyze current and long-term revenue and expense accounts, and help business owners make the necessary adjustments to minimize costs and maximize income.

It goes without saying every business needs a bookkeeper. If you don’t have one, consider hiring a VA through EVA.
